About the Event

Are your mid week meals stuck in a rut?  Each month we will show you how to make three seasonal dishes made with local produce.  Simple to prepare or prepare ahead and freeze for people with busy lives or just want to cook something new and tasty. The dishes will vary with the seasons and hopefully we will introduce you to dishes that will soon become your new favourites.

You will be using local ingredients that are in season so we will not set the menu until a couple of days before the event but you could be making:

Savoury roasted veg strudel

Burmese chickpea tofu curry with spiced greens

Aubergine parmigiana

Spinach and ricotta courgette cannelloni

Tea, coffee and pastries on arrival and at the end we will all sit down and tuck into the dishes with a cuppa or a glass of something sparkly
