About the Event

Are your mid week meals stuck in a rut?  Each month we will show you how to make three seasonal dishes made with local produce.  Simple to prepare or prepare ahead and freeze for people with busy lives or just want to cook something new and tasty. The dishes will vary with the seasons and hopefully we will introduce you to dishes that will soon become your new favourites.

Some of the dishes you could be making:

Chicken with rice and preserved lemons

Roasted squash and chorizio tart

Spicy lamb and lentil filo pie

Chicken escalopes with a rich tomato sauce

Tea, coffee and pastries on arrival and at the end we will all sit down and tuck into the dishes with a cuppa or a glass of something sparkly





  • Adult Ticket for two people


    Due to Covid restrictions we can only offer this course in pairs as two people will be working together at one bench. Please call if you have any questions or concerns. Coffee, tea and pastries on arrival and a light lunch is included
