About the Event
These delicious little French patisserie bakes can be tricky to master but once you’ve learned the techniques you will be able to wow your family and friends with these little beauties.
On the course you will also learn how to make some delicious fillings eg. Salted caramel, lemon curd and raspberry ganache.
At the end you will be able to wash down a macaron or two with a class of something sparkling and take home a boxful to eat at home.
