WE'RE COVID-READY!

In light of government guidance, this is how we've adapted our kitchen to ensure that we keep you safe:

 

  • Ensuring all staff and guest are aware of Covid 19 symptoms.

  • Temperatures will be taken on arrival.

  • If any guests subsequently develop Covid symptoms we will follow NHS
    Test and Trace procedures.

  • All staff and customers are encouraged to remain at home if they feel
    unwell. Any staff displaying symptoms of COVID-19 are instructed to
    follow the government guidelines for self-isolation. Any guests who
    cannot attend due to Covid symptoms can rebook at a later date or
    request a full refund.

  • Ensuring all staff and guests are maintaining a strict hygiene regime, ie
    handwashing at regular intervals throughout the class.

  • All staff and customers adhere to the 2 meters apart distancing rule. We
    have installed 2 metre long benches which can only be shared by people
    from the same household or social ‘bubble’ . Our benches are at least 2
    metres apart.

  • Equipment and ingredients are not shared between
    benches.

  • Only staff are permitted to use the ovens this is to avoid unnecessary movement around the kitchen.

  • Staff will wear visors.

  • Thorough cleaning of benches and equipment will take place between
    each session. This includes all touchable surfaces including fridge and
    door handles.

  • All equipment, dishware, glassware and cutlery will be sanitised between
    classes.
