ABOUT
Jane was a Great British Bake Off finalist in 2016 and winner of the GBBO Christmas special in 2018. Since her appearance on Bake Off, she has gone on to appear on ITV’s 'Lorraine' and at numerous food festivals, as well as also hosting many baking classes and special events. Baking is in her DNA - her grandfather owned a bakery and her Dad always made the childhood birthday cakes. In 2020 she launched her own cookery school and looks forward to sharing her love of cooking with children and adults alike.
Jane’s Kitchen (Kent) is a cookery school situated at Monkshill Refectory on Monkshill Farm in the heart of the Kent countryside, very close to Faversham, Whitstable and Canterbury. The setting is fantastic - we have some amazing views out to the Thames estuary as well as some of the best sunsets in the county, not to mention the sheep and the peacocks!
The aim of the school is to make cooking accessible and fun. We want to keep class sizes small so that everyone gets plenty of hands on time and leaves with the confidence to recreate the dishes or bakes at home.
